I keep
seeming to transit through Changi International Airport. With two hotels, a
supermarket, cinema, gymnasium, food halls, Koi ponds, orchard gardens, rooftop
gardens and pools, some 50 public lounges including three ‘quiet’ lounges for
sleeping, the two transit terminals (connected by a monorail on autopilot) have
a lot to offer. This time, however, I managed to escape them and saw some of the
city lights between flights.

The city seems extremely clean and well organized. Almost surreal. We didn’t have time to stray outside of the city front however.
Guards the harbour mouth.
The promenades by the harbour in front of the city are filled with Singaporeans relaxing in the balmy night air, any time of year.
Every tree is an airial garden.
