We delayed turning on our torches as long as possible, being forced to do so 15-30 mins prior to this shot. The fog scattered our light in all directions, making it incredibly hard to find the trail, or the Scafell Pike summit cairn here, which we reached around 22:45, at 978 m.
We managed to get up and down Snowdon in 3 hrs.
Summit 2, Scafell Pike, England: We started at 20:20, soon passing the last remaining climbers, who gave us odd looks as they headed for the safety of their cars.
