  • We walked for about a mile along the edge, being blasted by a truly freezing wind. Needless to say we encountered the occasional mad English jogger wearing almost nothing.

  • As I said, the world capital of bouldering. There were climbers everywhere. How they didn't freeze to death remains a fascinating physiological mystery to me. My hands were numb inside my gloves, yet they wore none...! Amazingly cool :)
